Frequently asked questions
What is a channel switch? A channel switch occurs when an invoice changes delivery channel, e.g. from digital to paper. The cost is €0.20 per switch.
Is VAT included? No, all prices are excluding VAT. An additional 25% VAT is added when invoicing.
How is an invoice counted? An invoice is counted each time a unique invoice document is sent to a recipient. Reminders and messages for the same invoice are included.
